We sugest to add 2 new fetures/ plugin to trac’s plugin list. (You have already really useful list of additional plugin ;))
1. Automatically create bugs from emails (ex. plugin: http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/EmailtoTracScript)
2. Some easy way to adding screen shot to ticket (ex plugin: http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/ScreenshotPastePlugin)

What you think about this? Maybe you have some better plugin sugestion?
